The Department of marketing and recruiting students is a structural unit of the University Dulati, whose activities are aimed at coordination of work of recruitment and admissions, providing quality formation of a contingent of students and promote a positive image of the University in the educational market.
Direct management of the marketing and recruitment Department of applicants is carried out by the head of the Department, who is appointed by the order of the rector.
Members of the marketing and recruiting Department of applicants are appointed by the head of the Department and approved by a unanimous decision of the responsible persons of the structure.
Main goals and objectives of the marketing and recruitment Department of applicants:
2.1. organization, preparation and conduct of admission of students on a competitive basis in accordance with the standard rules for admission to training in educational organizations that implement educational programs of higher and postgraduate education.
2.2. ensure compliance with the rights and legitimate interests of citizens in the field of education, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the basis of transparency and transparency of all admission procedures.
2.3. carrying out information and explanatory work to applicants on educational programs of bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies PhD through mass media, social networks (online, offline).
2.4. coordination and implementation of competitive selection of applicants on a grant and extra-budgetary basis (paid Department).
2.5. preparation and release of advertising information and explanatory materials on the history and educational policy of the University and the choice of profession in vertical and paper format.
2.6. monitoring and analysis of the results of electors of educational programs of higher education.
2.7. organize and conduct "open doors" days (online, offline) for applicants and their parents in order to provide information related to the choice of a future profession.
2.8. organization of business trips to the regions and rural areas of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the purpose of career guidance.
2.9. Discussion and joint development of proposals with other departments in order to improve consumer opportunities and stimulate sales.
2.10. research of new markets and potential consumers of educational products and services.
