The purpose of training specialists in the field of land relations with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in solving issues of rational use and protection of land resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the field of accounting, registration of land and real estate appraisals, possessing theoretical knowledge, the necessary practical skills and able to use modern technologies of land cadastre and real estate property. Study programs are focused on the formation of special competencies associated with the necessary types of research and practical activities, adjusted to meet the requirements of employers and taking into account modern land-market relations.

The specific types of professional activities, for which the bachelor is mainly prepared, are determined by the higher educational institution together with the students, scientific and pedagogical workers of the university and the needs of the labor market of the southern region of the country.

According to the training received in graduate school, the graduate is able to make decisions in the field of land management, land management and the state real estate cadastre, focused on the issues of efficient use of land as the main resource of the state.

Graduate:

Legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, covering state control over the use and protection of land, features of the main work on registration and accounting of land plots, rules for conducting cadastral and object monitoring, regulatory and methodological documents on environmental protection and current use of land resources need to be known materials.

Must be able to apply the laws of the country related to legal issues in resolving land disputes, controlling the use of land and real estate. Carrying out quantitative and qualitative accounting of all categories of land, forms of ownership and land use of the Republic of Kazakhstan, accepting documents for public service within the framework of state cadastral registration and state registration of rights.

Must be able to formulate an effective strategy and formulate an active policy in the field of land and property relations. It is necessary to be able to work with contracts for any type of land-related transactions. Must have knowledge of methods and techniques for creating land use projects and plans.
