A student scientific and practical conference was held at the Department of Journalism and Philology of M. H. Dulati Taraz University.  The students analyzed the new standards and presented their ideas for their implementation.

3 reports of students of 1-3 courses were heard:

- The language of the newspaper "Ak Zhol" – Alzheva Snezhana, 3rd year student of the OP "Convergent Journalism";

- "The introduction of national values" – Shyrynbek G, 1st year student of the OP "Philology: Kazakh philology";

- "Mnemotechnology" – Kabyltayeva M, 1st year student of the OP "Philology: Kazakh philology";

In her speech with a proposal for the research work of the conference participants, Candidate of Philological Sciences of the Department of Journalism and Philology Asima Nusupova noted that the issue discussed today is very relevant.

"National values occupy a special place in the development of the country. The modernization of Kazakh customs and traditions requires the implementation of the country's domestic and foreign policy in the national direction. National values are of great importance in shaping the national spirit of the Kazakhs. Therefore, it is important not only to develop them, but also to implement them," A. Nusupova stressed.

Asema Nusupova also highly appreciated the students' reports, noting that they will be the beginning of new achievements.

The special approach of students to participate in this conference in this format was also noted by PhD doctor of the Department of Journalism and Philology Zulfiya Kurmanbekova.

"It was especially interesting for me what the students would say about their prepared articles. I got acquainted with such a technique as "Mnemotechnology", thanks to which, through "Artificial Intelligence", it is possible to develop projects, translate and easily remember information. Learning tools: we want to use them to conduct explanatory work on the development of AI-based applications for students (for example: Duolingo, Anki)," Z.Kurmanbekova concluded.
