The duties of the Registrar's Office include the scope of work related to the solution of issues of planning, organization of the educational process and control of educational achievements of students, including: management of information on the educational process; consulting assistance to representatives of structural units of the university; consulting of students and their parents; technical and technological services; increasing the content and expanding the content presented on the portal; providing access to representatives of relevant structural units and students to academic information.

The registrar's office takes an active part in projects for the digitalization of academic processes, the development of those tasks, in the organization and conduct of stress tests of systems, organizes and conducts training for teachers in the use of digital tools - together with with Technical Support and IT Support Center, Departments of Educational and Methodological and Online Training.
