CHAMPIONSHIP WINNERS ANNOUNCED

The fourth selection round of the Kazakhstan Championship and the regional Championship were held at M. Kh. Dulati Taraz Regional University, organized by the "Sports Programming Federation" Public Association, in collaboration with schoolchildren, students, and the university’s faculty.

The organizers of the championship were the Sports Programming Federation and its regional offices. Special thanks to the Federation's main partner, Freedom Holding Corp., for their invaluable support. Freedom Holding Corp. is a leader in the investment and financial services sectors in Kazakhstan and abroad, and the company actively supports the development of the sports programming industry.

The Federation's primary goal is to promote and develop sports programming, improve participants' results in Olympiads through training, competitions, and the creation of communities.

To achieve these goals, the Federation is implementing several projects for students, schoolchildren, and teachers across Kazakhstan. This year, the Federation will organize the ICPC World Finals 2024 in Astana. The top two participants from the regional Championship will receive travel passes to the World Finals in Astana, and the championship winners will receive cash certificates from Freedom Mobile.

17 participants passed the selection round and competed in the final part of the championship.

Results of the Championship:

  • 1st place: Sungat Serikbay — 315,000 KZT
  • 2nd place: Ermakhan Abdimanap — 180,000 KZT
  • 3rd place: Erdaulet Tangirkul — 135,000 KZT
  • 3rd place: Amangeldiiev Kaisar Ernariovich — 72,000 KZT
  • 3rd place: Amangeldiiev Timur Muratkhanoivich — 63,000 KZT
  • 3rd place: Akhniyet Sarsenbek — 45,000 KZT

The top two participants of the regional Championship, Sungat Serikbay and Ermakhan Abdimanap, won travel passes to the World Championship finals in Astana.
