The objectives of Planned Economic Management include:
- organization and preparation of a university development plan for the next financial year, monitoring its implementation;
- economic analysis of financial packages, and adjustment of the development plan;
- preparation of annual estimates of income and expenses for all types of activities.
The main responsibilities of the Planned Economic Management include:
- drawing up staffing tables by categories of personnel, by sources of funding;
- organization for the development of an annual public procurement plan based on the relevant budget (development plan);
- monitoring compliance with the public procurement plan and cost analysis according to the development plan;
- ensuring the targeted and effective use of financial, material and labor resources, as well as other funds available to the university;
- formation of pricing policy for paid services provided by the university;
- providing advice and assistance to the structural units of the University in carrying out work related to the preparation of documents, estimates, calculations and other documents related to the activities of the department;
- determination of the actual final financial results of the university's activities, comparison with planned indicators, identification of the reasons for deviations from planned indicators, development of measures to eliminate negative phenomena;
- forecasting the state and management of processes aimed at improving the work of the planned economic management;
- organization of interaction with other structural units in order to ensure the production activities of the university;
- the requirement of written explanations from employees regarding violations of labor discipline committed by them;
- preparation of materials for presenting employees for incentives;
- preparation of materials on bringing employees to financial and disciplinary responsibility;
- study of professional, business and moral qualities of employees in the course of their work;
- control over the state of labor discipline in management and compliance by employees with the Rules of internal labor regulations;
- monitoring the execution of all incoming correspondence from ministries and departments, institutions, organizations, akimats, universities and other entities of legal entities and individuals;
- implementation of the university's development strategy.
