In 2010, I joined the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology, and History as a Lecturer. Throughout my professional career, I have been engaged in teaching, methodological, and research activities in the fields of pedagogy and psychology.
From 2023 to 2025, I pursued doctoral studies at Turan University, further enhancing my professional expertise through research work.
In 2024, I completed a scientific internship at Leipzig University, Germany, gaining valuable international academic experience. Currently, I hold the position of Senior Lecturer at the Department of Social Psychology. My research focuses on developing resilience as a foundation for enhancing the stress tolerance of military personnel, and I have published several scientific articles on this topic. I have 15 years of professional experience.
