To create an educational, socio-cultural, and public environment within the university that promotes the comprehensive development of students, fosters civic responsibility, patriotic spirit, and spiritual and moral values, and contributes to the implementation of the university’s social mission and enhancement of its public image.

To systematically organize educational and developmental activities for university students, plan and implement initiatives aimed at developing their personal, creative, intellectual, and leadership potential, and ensure the effective implementation of state youth policy at the university level.

• To implement the main directions of state youth policy at the university level, develop annual and long-term plans for educational activities, and coordinate and monitor their implementation;

• To organize activities aimed at patriotic education of students and the promotion of national values, history, culture, and traditions of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

• To carry out educational work focused on the formation of spiritual and moral values, tolerance, academic integrity, and legal culture;

• To increase students’ social activity, encourage their participation in public life, and support the development of student self-government bodies, youth organizations, and clubs;

• To organize and coordinate volunteer activities, social projects, charitable initiatives, environmental actions, and public initiatives;

• To organize cultural, mass, creative, intellectual, and spiritual events aimed at developing students’ creative abilities;

• To promote a healthy lifestyle, organize sports and mass events, prevent harmful habits, and conduct preventive work among youth;

• To work with students from socially vulnerable groups and students with special educational needs, supporting their adaptation to the university environment;

• To ensure interaction with structural divisions of the university, faculties, departments, student organizations, as well as governmental and public organizations;

• To implement youth projects aimed at enhancing the university’s image and organize student participation in events at the national and international levels;

• To conduct monitoring in the field of youth affairs, collect and analyze analytical data, prepare reports, and submit proposals to the university administration;

• To study and implement best practices in educational and youth work, organize seminars, trainings, and round tables for staff and students to improve the quality of educational activities;

• To organize youth affairs activities in accordance with the university’s internal regulatory documents, the Code of Ethics, and the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS).
