Жаңа даму стратегиясы және білім беру қызметтерінің сапасын қамтамасыз ету жүйесін құру Дулати университетінің рейтингін жақсартуға көмектеседі деп сенеміз.

The purpose of the department

Стратегиялық даму бағдарламасын әзірлеу және оның орындалуын қадағалау, аккредиттеу процестерін ұйымдастыру, рейтинг және сапа менеджменті жүйесінің жұмыстарын ұйымдастыру.

Main management tasks

Стратегиялық даму бағдарламасын әзірлеу, жоспардың орындалуын қадағалау, стратегиялық жоспар бойынша есептерді талдау, университет деңгейінде қорытынды есеп дайындау;
Сапаны басқару саласында озық тәжірибелерді үйрену, Халықаралық, ұлттық рейтингтерге қатысу жұмыстарын ұйымдастыру және жүзеге асыру;
Білім беру бағдарламаларын аккредитттеу және постмониторинг процестерін ұйымдастыру;
Сапа саласындағы саясатты және мақсаттарды әзірлеу және оны университет қызметкерлеріне жеткізу;
Университеттің сапа менеджменті жүйесінің СМЖ ISO 9001:2015 ХС талаптарына сәйкес жұмыс қалпында ұсталуын қамтамасыз ету;
СМЖ бойынша қолданыстағы құжаттамалардың жарамдылығын, жаңартылуын мерзімді түрде қадағалау;
СМЖ, рейтинг салаларында ішкі семинарлар өткізу;
СМЖ талаптарына сәйкес ішкі тексерулер (аудит) ұйымдастыру және нәтижелерін талдау.

Professional biography/Education

Zhanali Daribayev was born on August 31, 1963 in the city of Kentau. He graduated from the Kazakh secondary school with a gold medal, Kazakh National Technical University named after Satpayeva graduated in 1985 with a degree in Metallurgy of non-ferrous metals and was qualified as a metallurgical engineer.

In 1998, he defended his PhD thesis on the topic “Electrochemical behavior of difficult-to-recover selenate ions on solid electrodes”, Candidate of Chemical Sciences.

Total work experience of 45 years, teaching experience of 31 years.

From 1985 to 2005, senior process engineer at the steel workshop of the Almaty Heavy Machinery Plant, senior foreman at the steel workshop of the Kentau Excavator Plant, researcher at the research center of the regional intersectoral association of the Kentau City Executive Committee, executive secretary of the Kentau city Society “Kazakh Tili”, researcher at the Kentau International Kazakh-Turkish University. H.A.Yasavi, Head of the Educational Laboratory, lecturer and Associate Professor of the Department of General Chemistry and Chemical Ecology, Scientific Secretary of the Scientific Research Institute” Ecology".

In 2005-2023, he worked at the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Khoja Ahmed Yasawi as Dean of the Faculty of Ecology, Dean of the Faculty of Advanced Training, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Pedagogy, head of the Center for Strategic Development, Rating, Compliance Control and Quality.

Since 2023, he has been the Head of the Strategic Development Department of M.H.Dulaty Taraz University.

He held public positions: Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the Kentau Institute of Akhmet Yasavi University, Chairman of the Trade union Committee, member of the Senate of the Moscow State Technical University, Academic Council, member of the Bureau of the Kentau city branch of the Nur Otan People's Democratic Party, member of the Political Council, Chairman of the Party Control Commission, Chairman of the Turan primary organization Turkestan city branch of the party” Nur Otan" and others.

Scientific projects

Project manager: "Design and survey work on the implementation of landscaping of the Kumkol, Kyzylkia, Aryskum, Maybulak deposits of Petro Kazakhstan Kumkol Resources JSC", "Inventory of flora and fauna in the licensed territory of the Moinkum deposit (LLP JV KATKO), "Environmental impact assessment of the facilities of the Almaty fuel and energy complex".

Grant holder: “Construction of a reservoir and provision of pasture water for residents of the village. Kantagi with the organization of a veterinary service point" (Global Environmental Fund), "Carrying out organizational and practical measures on the prevention of religious extremism and terrorism" (Department of Internal Policy of the Akimat of South Kazakhstan region).

More than 60 environmental protection projects have been developed for institutions and enterprises such as Kentau Transformer Plant, Kentau Excavator Plant, Turkestan Electric Locomotive, AkBeren LLP, Aziyakeramic LLP, etc.
