In 2013–2015, he served as the Deputy Dean for Research at the Faculty of Chemistry and Biology of Taraz State Pedagogical University.

From 2013 to 2023, he worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Chemistry and Biology within the Teacher Institute.

Since 2023, he has been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Biology, Faculty of Natural Sciences.
