Since 2002, she has been working as a lecturer at M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University, where she began her professional career.
In 2003–2005, she defended her Master’s thesis on the topic:
“Pedagogical Conditions for Increasing Students’ Social Activity in Higher Educational Institutions” and obtained the degree of Master of Pedagogical Sciences.
In 2011, she worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education of Taraz State Pedagogical University, and also served as the Senior Curator of the Faculty of Pedagogy.
Since 2019, she has been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Preschool and Primary Education of M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz Regional University.
Since 2023, she has continued her work as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Preschool and Primary Education of M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University.
