Acting Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Social Sciences
Work experience in the field of education totals 37 years. Began professional career as a lecturer at Zhambyl Pedagogical Institute (1989–1990).
Since 1989 worked at Zhambyl Pedagogical Institute; following institutional reorganization, from 1997 served as Senior Lecturer at the Department of Kazakh Language, Taraz State Pedagogical Institute. From 2000 to 2010 held the position of Head of the Department of Kazakh Language; from 2010 to 2012 — Dean of the Faculty of Philology. In the 2012–2013 academic year worked as an Associate Professor at the Kazakh Humanities and Law University (Astana).
From 2013 to 2019 served as Dean of the Faculty of Philology at TarMPI and TarSPU. In the 2019–2020 academic year — Dean of the Higher School of Pedagogy at Taraz State Pedagogical University; in the 2020–2021 academic year — Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz Regional University.
Since September 2021 — Professor at the Department of Preschool and Primary Education, Ustaz Institute.
Since November 18, 2023 — Acting Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Social Sciences.
In 1999 defended a Candidate of Sciences (PhD equivalent) dissertation entitled “Head Components of Word Combinations in Modern Kazakh Language.” In 2004 was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in Linguistics.
One of the authors of the standard curriculum for the subject “Kazakh Language” approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Developed syllabi in linguistics, educational programs, teaching and methodological manuals, and guidelines for students’ independent work. Author of 2 monographs, 4 textbooks, 4 teaching and methodological manuals, and more than 200 scientific articles.
Professional achievements have been recognized with numerous awards, including the badges “Best Head of Department,” “40 Years of the Institute,” “45 Years of the Institute,” “50 Years of the Pedagogical University,” the Regional Governor’s Award in the nomination “Science” (2018), the “Y. Altynsarin” badge of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2017), the badge “For Contribution to the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers” (2018), the “Enbegim Elime” badge (2023), the “A. Baitursynov” badge of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2024), Certificates of Honor from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as commendations, letters of appreciation, and certificates from the Nur Otan / Amanat Party, regional and city akims, and university administration.
Education:
Higher education. Graduated from the Faculty of Philology of S.M. Kirov Kazakh State University in 1989; completed postgraduate studies at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 1995.
