From 1995 to 1996, she worked as a mathematics teacher at Secondary School No. 36 in Taraz.

From 1996 to 1999, she studied at the postgraduate program of Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulati under the code "13.00.01-General Pedagogy" and defended her PhD thesis on "Pedagogical Foundations of Environmental Education of Students in the Study of Mathematics in Secondary Schools." On September 17, 1999, she received the academic degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences. Protocol No. 20 dated 17.09.1999.

In 2005, by the decision of the Committee for Supervision and Certification in the field of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 25 (Minutes No. 14), awarded the academic title of Associate Professor (Associate Professor )in the specialty of pedagogy.

From 1999 to 2026, she worked as a senior lecturer and associate professor (associate professor) at the departments of Pedagogy, Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education, and Preschool and Primary Education. Work experience 31 years.

 In 2018, the electronic textbook on the discipline "Methods of Teaching Worldview" took 3rd place in the competition "The Best Multimedia Educational Resources among Universities".
