He began his professional career in 1991 as a lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education of the Zhambyl Pedagogical Institute.

From 1992 to 1994, he served as Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Pedagogy at the Zhambyl Pedagogical Institute.

From 2003 to 2005, he studied in the Master’s program at the Taraz State Pedagogical Institute, graduating with honors (red diploma).

From 2001 to 2009, he worked as Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Pedagogy at M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University.

From 2004 to 2024, he held the position of Senior Lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education of Taraz Regional University.

Since September 2024, he has been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Music and Art Education of M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University.

Total teaching and professional experience — 41 years.

Certificate of Honor (“Qurmet Gramotasy”) for contribution to the development of the education system and improvement of education quality in the course of the spiritual and social development of independent Kazakhstan (Minister A. Aimagambetov);
