1996-2002: Lecturer at M. H. Dulati Zhambyl University, Senior Lecturer, Acting Associate Professor, Associate Professor. From 2003 to 2008, he was the Head of the Department of Pedagogy and the Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education.

 In 2008-2018, he was an Associate Professor at the Department of Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education and an Associate Professor at the Department of Social Pedagogy and Self-Knowledge due to structural changes in the department.

2018-2026 - Associate Professor (Associate Professor) of the Department of Pedagogy, Pedagogical Psychology in connection with structural changes.

 Qualification

1. On December 31, 1994, he was awarded the qualification of "Researcher-Teacher".
2. In 1995, he defended his dissertation on "Improving the Methodological Training of Physics Students in Pedagogical Universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and received the academic degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.
3. In 2001, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in Pedagogy.
