Ismailova Zhanerke Zhorabekkyzy was born on August 13, 1995. She has a higher education degree.

In 2014, she graduated from Zhambyl Polytechnic College with a qualification as an economist in the specialty “Accounting and Audit.”

In 2018, she was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in “Tourism” from M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University.

In 2020, she received a Master’s degree in the educational program and specialty “Restaurant and Hotel Business” from Almaty Technological University.

She began her professional career in 2020 as a lecturer at the Department of Tourism and Service of M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University. In 2024, she was promoted to the position of Senior Lecturer at the same department.

In 2022–2024, participated as a research team member (executor) in the research project titled: “Assessment of natural and recreational conditions for the development of ecological tourism in the Zhambyl region”.

In 2024–2026, participated as a research team member (executor) in the research project titled: “Social tourism as a factor of sustainable development of a tourist destination (on the example of the Zhambyl region)”.
