Particularly noteworthy is the work of the Dissertation Council Chairperson, Doctor of Philology, Professor, and Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bayan Umirbekovna Dzholdasbekova. Thanks to her high professionalism, scholarly authority, and skillful organization, the Council's work was clear, consistent, and in full compliance with academic requirements. The Chairperson's competent leadership ensured a high level of expert discussion and informed decision-making. Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences and Professor Saule Bayazovna Begalieva, Academic Secretary Gulnaz Rakhimovna Dautova, and Doctor of Philological Sciences and Professor Zhadyra Amangeldievna Bayanbaeva participated in the council's work. Abdrakhman G.K., a lecturer from the Department of Russian Language and Literature at Dulaty University, attended as a temporary member of the Dissertation Council and official reviewer. She made a significant contribution to the professional evaluation of the submitted dissertation.
