At Taraz University. M.H. Dulaty has 2 student dormitories. Student dormitory № 1 (Tole bi, 60) for 510 places. Student dormitory № 2 (Zhambyl Avenue, 16 A) for 422 places.

Providing students in higher educational institutions with a dormitory is carried out in accordance with the Civil Service Standard (students receiving social benefits are provided with a place in a dormitory without fail).

First of all, these are people with disabilities from a number of disabled people; disabled since childhood; disabled people of groups I and II; disabled children, orphans and children without parental care, students whose both parents, or one of them, are disabled; youth from rural areas, people who have entered professions that determine the socio-economic development of villages; as well as kandas who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan; students admitted to the first year and who are holders of the title “Altyn Belgi”; students admitted to the first year, who scored high scores on the UNT results and are holders of state educational grants; students from among foreign citizens in accordance with international and intergovernmental agreements.During the period of placement in student dormitories, each student is explained in two languages ​​the rights and responsibilities of students living in the dormitory. Each of them is personally given a memo; in order to maintain the safety of living in the hostel, a set of measures aimed at preventing fires is being carried out, and the living conditions of students are also being improved, if possible. Under normal conditions, students living in the Students' House have the opportunity to use Internet resources and participate in sports and cultural events. The activities of Student Councils and Student Elders are effectively organized.

There are various patriotic, spiritual and moral events, and events to promote a healthy lifestyle in order to effectively use the free time of students,

The university administration provides free accommodation in student dormitories for students of the following categories.

- people with disabilities from a number of disabled people;

- disabled people since childhood;

- disabled people of groups I and II;

- disabled children,

- orphans and children left without parental care.

• Қазақстан Республикасы Денсаулық сақтау және әлеуметтік даму министрінің 2014 жылғы 1 сәуірдегі № 142-І бұйрығымен бекітілген нысан бойынша мүгедектігін растау туралы анықтама;
• Мемлекеттік атаулы әлеуметтік көмек алу үшін құқықты растау туралы анықтама немесе жан басына шаққандағы орташа табысы күнкөріс деңгейінен төмен отбасылардан шыққан балалар үшін атаулы әлеуметтік көмек көрсетудің жоқтығы туралы анықтама;

3. жеке басын куәландыратын құжат (және оның көшірмесі (салыстыру үшін).

Студенттер үйінде тұруға жолдаманы алу үшін, сіз тұру ақысын төлеуіңіз қажет. Төлемдер Халық банк және Jusan bank бөлімшелерінде жүргізіледі. Жолдаманы алғаннан кейін 3 жұмыс күн ішінде Студенттер үйіне  орналасу қажет. Белгіленген мерзімде келмеген жағдайда, жедел (автоматты)түрде студенттер үйінен шығарылады.
