The traditional "Dulati Aruy – 2026" beauty pageant was held at a high level within the university walls. Serikbaikyzy Arujan, a student of the "Physics" educational program, participated in this competition representing our faculty.

According to the results of the pageant, Arujan was honored with the prestigious nomination "Intellectual Beauty" (Intellektualdy Aru).

If you do a kindness, you will see the kindness in return," as the saying goes. The finest qualities of a person are generosity and nobility of soul. To be generous means to share what you have with those in need. A generous person demonstrates their noble character, pure intentions, and humanity by always extending a helping hand to those who require it.

Charity is an act within anyone's reach. Such a person places spiritual values above material ones, standing out for their compassion and sincerity. They do not remain indifferent to the needs of others and strive to provide as much support as possible.

In this spirit, students from the 2nd and 3rd years of the "Biology" department, Faculty of Natural Sciences, organized a visit to the "Meirim" Boarding School №3. Accompanied by their curators, they provided care for children with disabilities. The students brought gifts, organized games with animators in special costumes, and gave the children a truly joyful and special experience.

On March 6, in Almaty, at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a solemn ceremony was held for the presentation of the Academician Nailya Bazanova Award. The event was timed to coincide with International Women's Day.

The N. Bazanova Award was established by the National Academy of Sciences and, for the second consecutive year, is presented to women scientists who have made significant contributions to the development of science and education. In 2026, this honorary award was granted to 66 representatives from scientific organizations and universities across Kazakhstan.

Among the recipients is Gulnar Kerimbekovna Ziyаeva, Candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor, and Head of the "Biology" Department of the Faculty of Natural Sciences at the M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz Regional University. For many years, Gulnar Kerimbekovna has worked fruitfully in the field of biology, making an invaluable contribution to the development of national science.

The university staff congratulates Gulnar Kerimbekovna on receiving this high distinction and wishes her brilliant scientific achievements, new professional successes, and the best of luck in the implementation of her research projects!
