From February 18 to February 20, 2026, Guldana Samatovna Yerkebayeva, a teacher of the Department of Journalism and Philology, together with students of the 6B03212 - Convergent Journalism educational program, took part in the XIII International Winter School on Journalism and Communication, dedicated to World Radio Day, proclaimed by UNESCO.

В рамках производственной практики студентки 4 курса образовательной программы «Подготовка учителей русского языка и литературы» организовали и провели яркий праздник «Масленица широкая» в школе-гимназии №7.

Master’s students of the Department of Russian Language and Literature of our faculty — Yulia Skachkova, Ksenia Shamray, and Aisulu Alim — held an open curatorial (advisory) hour.

The lesson topic was "Supersegmental Units: Stress, Intonation. Practical Completion of Assignments."

Master’s students of the educational program 7M01702 — “Training Teachers of Russian Language and Literature” of Dulati University, Manoshkina E.D. and Litvinov E.N., have been undertaking their research internship since February 2, 2026, at the Department of Kazakh Language and Literature of the International Taraz University named after Sh. Murtaza, headed by Candidate of Philological Sciences Berkenova Rabiga Agabekkyzy.

Before the start of the research internship, the Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy, Nurbekov T.B., and the Head of the Department, Berkenova R.A., consulted the master’s students on the specifics of searching for, analyzing, and interpreting modern scientific data.

University of Sussex (School of Education and Social Work),

with the financial support of the British Council, are delivering Continuing Professional Development (CPD) seminars on inclusive English language teaching.

On February 11, as part of teaching practice, an open seminar session was held for the course “Phonetics and Lexis” on the topic “Phonetic Analysis of Words,” conducted by master’s student Ksenia Maksimovna Shamray.

First-year master’s student Aliakhunova R.R., as part of her teaching practice at the Department of Russian Language and Literature, conducted a curatorial session on the topic: “The Specificity of the Intertextual Space of Russian-Language Prose.”
